Privacy collection notice

Gold Coast Luxe Inflatables is currently using a provisional launch list to assess demand. Bookings and payments are not open.

What we collect

The form may collect your name, mobile number, email address, event date, suburb, event type, product and add-on interests, budget range, notes, referral page and campaign parameters. Please do not submit payment details or other sensitive information.

Why we collect it

We use the information to assess launch demand, understand requested products, dates, suburbs and budgets, and respond about your provisional enquiry. A submission does not create a booking or reserve a date.

Services that process data

The website is hosted by Netlify and uses Netlify Forms for form capture. Form notifications may be delivered to a private business email account. The site also uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and non-sensitive interactions. These providers may process data outside Australia under their own privacy terms.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell enquiry details. Information may be handled by the service providers above so the website, form and analytics can operate. Enquiry information will be kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for launch validation, follow-up and record-keeping, then deleted or de-identified where practical.

Access, correction or deletion

To ask what information is held about you, request a correction, withdraw your launch-list interest or request deletion, contact Gold Coast Luxe Inflatables through the official Instagram page or Facebook page. We may need enough information to identify the relevant enquiry.
